Cairo – Mubasher: Samcrete Misr posted on Tuesday a rise of 175% in its net profit for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2016 to EGP 11.11 million, compared to EGP 4.04 million for Q4-15.

Net profit for FY16 amounted to EGP 15.04 million, 34.7% up from EGP 11.16 million for FY15, according to a bourse filing.

Foreign exchange losses reached EGP 1.3 million in FY16, said another statement.

The company will hold an ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 20 April.
